Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange if there is a fault from our side (wrong product / damaged item).

Conditions for Exchange:

* An unboxing video (open parcel video) is mandatory
* The video must be clear and recorded from start to finish
* Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Without video proof, no exchange will be accepted
